Last updated: 17 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Securely at securelyapp.co.uk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Securely provides AI-powered analysis of messages, links, and voice content to help identify potential scams, phishing, and fraud. Results are guidance, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for your decisions.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not submit content you don't have the right to share.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harassing, or harmful purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Paid plans
Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation rules are shown on our pricing page. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Founding Member Program
The Securely Founding Member program is a promotional subscription offering and does not grant ownership, equity, shares, voting rights, partnership status, intellectual property rights, decision-making authority, or any legal interest in Securely, its assets, operations, or future business activities.
Founding Members receive only the benefits explicitly stated within their subscription plan, including any promotional pricing, feature access, or early access benefits described at the time of purchase.
The term "Founding Member" is honorary and promotional in nature and does not establish any ownership, investment, employment, agency, fiduciary, or partnership relationship between the subscriber and Securely.
Securely reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace future benefits associated with the Founding Member program, provided that any promised lifetime pricing commitments remain honored according to the subscriber's active plan.
7. Disclaimer
Securely is provided "as is". We do not warrant that detection is 100% accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. Never share banking passwords, one-time codes, or remote access with anyone, including support staff.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Securely is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
